Overview

The Licensed Psychologist is a critical member of a growing team at Mosaic Pediatric Therapy, providing diagnostic assessments for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) for young children in North Carolina.

In Short

• Provide diagnostic assessments for autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer.
• Conduct full diagnostic evaluations and summarize results.
• Administer and supervise diagnostic testing, including ADOS-2.
• Provide clinical training to assessment staff.
• Ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
• Attend continuing education events to improve assessment skills.
• Document services provided through appropriate clinical notes.

Requirements

• Masters degree in School or Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina.
• Experience working with young children, including autistic children.
• Documented experience conducting psychological assessments.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Experience using electronic medical record applications.
• Good working knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-suite applications.
• Consistently displays the organization's core values.
