Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) - Remote

Overview

As a psychologist at Opal Autism Centers, you play a major role in what is usually the first step for families to access timely and evidence-based care. Psychologists conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children, usually between the ages of 18 months and six years of age.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children.
• Perform intake appointments to gather client history.
• Administer clinical assessments to diagnose ASD and other disorders.
• Provide feedback to families post-evaluation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on treatment planning.

• Travel to various Opal Autism Centers as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in clinical psychology or related field.
• Current LP or LPA licensure in North Carolina.
• Experience diagnosing ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong clinical writing, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
