Marketing Director - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Director will be responsible for overall marketing, e-commerce, and content strategies for MORE MONEY MORE LOVE, a growing streetwear brand based in Düsseldorf.

In Short

• Develop and implement a clear marketing strategy (Brand & Performance)
• Lead teams in Content, Influencer, Paid Media, E-Commerce, and Analytics
• Structure and manage all campaigns and product drops
• Accountable for revenue, ROAS, growth KPIs, and brand positioning
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, CEO, and AI/Automation teams
• Establish a clean KPI, planning, and reporting system
• Lead and develop a creative, agile team

Requirements

• Several years of experience as Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / E-Com Lead
• Deep understanding of digital channels (Social, Paid, Email, Funnel) and cultural brand management
• Experience in the fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle sector is a plus
• Strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on mentality
• Ability to think in campaigns, teams, and outcomes – not in silos
• Capability to empower a team – not just control
