Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to lead JLL’s New York Tri-State marketing. They will work with business leadership on their market-specific goals to develop local marketing campaigns to tell one consistent narrative to our key audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize marketing spend based on ROI.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a clear vision.
• Comfortable with change and driving change management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
• Impeccable attention to detail and resourcefulness.
