Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions.
• Demonstrated ability in basic math operations.
• 5+ years of experience in a related technical field.
• Proficient in soldering and crimping operations.
• Experience with assembly drawings and manufacturing outlines.
• Maintain traceability of all hardware and materials.
• Ability to document and report nonconformances.
• Familiarity with performance testing setups.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
