As Operations Manager – Telemedicine, you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing the workflows that power our clinical services, ensuring a smooth transition for physicians and enhancing the telemedicine experience.

• Lead the onboarding process for doctors and provide ongoing operational support.
• Continuously enhance patient and doctor experience through feedback and improvements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or healthcare technology.
• Strong process thinking and experience improving workflows.
• Comfort working closely with healthcare professionals.
• Experience in medical cannabis operations is appreciated.
• Proactive and analytical mindset.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Hands-on, start-up mentality.
• Familiarity with GDPR and healthcare regulations is a plus.
