Bilingual UX Writer (English and Arabic) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Bilingual UX Writer proficient in both English and Arabic to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging user-facing content across our digital products. Your writing will directly impact the user experience, helping to guide users through complex interfaces in a way that is simple, accessible, and delightful.

In Short

• Write clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for a range of products, including websites, apps, and other digital interfaces, in both English and Arabic.
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs and create content that enhances the overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice across products while adapting the copy for different cultural and linguistic contexts.
• Conduct content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improved UX writing.
• Test and optimize copy for readability, usability, and accessibility.
• Create and update microcopy (error messages, tooltips, CTAs, etc.) that improves user comprehension and task completion.
• Partner with the localization team to ensure seamless translation and adaptation of content.
• Work closely with UX researchers to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points, incorporating this feedback into content strategies.
• Ensure that copy aligns with the brand's voice and values while being culturally sensitive and relevant for Arabic-speaking users.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Proven experience as a UX Writer, Copywriter, or Content Designer.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to create user-centric content.
• Experience working with Figma.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment, taking feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterating on copy.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and content performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and proofreading skills in both languages.
• Experience in localization and adapting content for diverse cultural contexts is a plus.
