Sr. Specialist, Member & Community Interventions - Remote

Overview

The Sr Specialist, Member & Community Interventions oversees and implements new and existing clinical quality member intervention initiatives, ensuring compliance with program standards and supporting continuous improvement.

In Short

• Lead specialist providing program direction and guidance.
• Implement evidence-based member intervention strategies.
• Monitor completion of key member intervention activities.
• Write narrative reports interpreting regulatory specifications.
• Manage documentation for program milestones and deliverables.
• Participate in quality improvement activities with other departments.
• Build strategic relationships with community organizations.
• Evaluate project activities for improvement opportunities.
• Identify process gaps for remediation.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience in healthcare, 2 years in health plan interventions.
• Solid business writing experience.
• Operational knowledge of Excel and Visio.
• Flexibility and positive outlook towards changes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
