Senior Auditor, Delegation Oversight - Remote

Overview

The Sr Auditor, Delegation Oversight will independently perform audits of multi-delegated functions with minimal oversight and expertise in at least one functional area of auditing. Ensures continuous compliance with Program Integrity requirements of Molina Health Plan, NCQA, CMS, and State Medicaid entities.

In Short

• Leads and performs pre-delegation and annual audits.
• Conducts focused audits on subcontractors and documents outcomes.
• Identifies root causes of audit issues and develops corrective action plans.
• Prepares and tracks audit finding reports.
• Presents audit reports to Delegation Oversight Committees.
• Recommends improvements based on audit results.
• Develops and maintains assessment tools with management.
• Completes mandatory compliance training annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum three years Delegation Oversight experience.
• Minimum two years auditing or utilization review experience.
