Overview

The Lead Analyst, Advanced Provider Data Management is responsible for analyzing and understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to optimize performance. This position requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor and support other analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 7+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
  • Experience in training and supporting team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
