Overview

This position provides customer support and stellar service to meet the needs of Molina members and providers, resolving issues effectively while demonstrating Molina values.

In Short

  • Provide service support to members and providers via phone, chat, email, and off-phone work.
  • Conduct surveys related to health assessments and satisfaction.
  • Document details related to inquiries accurately.
  • Work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Build rapport and respond empathetically to customers.
  • Listen attentively and capture relevant information.
  • Meet/exceed performance goals in call quality and attendance.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal/external departments.
  • Take ownership of providing resolutions in real-time.
  • Assist providers with inquiries about member eligibility and benefits.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
  • 1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
  • Preferred: Associate’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Verint, Kronos, Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing tools.
