Overview

The Senior Adobe Ecosystem Consultant will be instrumental in guiding our B2B client through the process of enabling their data and technology stacks to deliver AI-driven, customer-centric, omnichannel experiences.

In Short

Collaborate with client stakeholders to align and translate client challenges and business needs to actionable use cases.
Develop comprehensive, multi-phase transformation roadmaps.
Support in populating service blueprints visualizing the customer journey across multiple touchpoints.
Design and advise on the optimal configuration of Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Architect solutions for implementing modular content strategies.
Collaborate with client teams to ensure data architecture supports advanced personalization.

Requirements

Proven experience with large B2B enterprise clients.
Experience creating strategic roadmaps and service blueprints.
Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Strong understanding of how Adobe tools integrate for omnichannel experiences.
Experience in designing or implementing modular content strategies.
