In Short

• Develop and execute user-centered design tasks for digital products and services
• Execute user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and detailed user flows
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
• Maintain design consistency across products
• Present and explain design decisions to audiences

Requirements

• US citizen, eligible to obtain a security clearance
• 3-5 years of professional UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Advanced prototyping skills
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies
