In Short

• Design, implement, and polish real-time cinematics using Unreal Sequencer.
• Collaborate with narrative, animation, and gameplay teams.
• Set up and maintain narrative systems for interactive storytelling.
• Develop and maintain cinematic tools and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize cinematics for performance.
• Work with audio teams for syncing VO, SFX, and music.
• Provide technical mentorship for cinematic workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cinematic or narrative design for games.
• Expert proficiency with Unreal Engine and Unreal Sequencer.
• Strong understanding of real-time narrative systems.
• Ability to create visually compelling cinematic sequences.
• Familiarity with Blueprints and scripting for cinematic logic.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing cinematic work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on branching narratives or choice-driven games.
• Familiarity with performance capture workflows.
• Knowledge of animation principles and camera direction.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Passion for storytelling and game narrative design.
