Remote Sales Representative (Part-Time)

Overview

We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Sales Representative to support the presale launch of our fitness studios, as well as supporting open studios. This is a high-energy, outbound sales role focused on converting warm leads into memberships through phone calls, SMS, and email.

In Short

• Make 80–100 outbound sales calls per day to prospective members
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound SMS and email inquiries
• Educate leads as well as existing clients on membership options and our community
• Build rapport and trust quickly over the phone
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including membership sales goals
• Accurately track conversations and outcomes. Build a pipeline
• Identify areas for improved efficiencies and clarity in the process
• Send daily end-of-shift updates on progress and conversations
• Stay organized, on-task, and proactive during remote working hours
• Be resourceful in finding answers independently while knowing when to escalate questions

Requirements

• An understanding of the fitness landscape is preferred, in particular, familiarity with Pilates
• Proven sales experience (phone sales strongly preferred)
• Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting targets
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively while working remotely
• Resourceful problem-solver who doesn’t need constant direction
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
