We are seeking for our Client a passionate and talented Founding Member, Data Scientist / AI Engineer to co-create our vision and contribute significantly to our groundbreaking projects. In Short

• Lead the development of AI solutions to automate business processes, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build advanced agentic LLM/RAG systems, optimising performance and cost, making decisions on mixing and matching foundation, fine-tuned, and home-build models to achieve best-in-class performance of the product.
• Work with product engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring other engineers in best practices and coding standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data science and AI engineering.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience with LLM and RAG systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
