Genesys Routing Developer - Remote

Overview

Miratech is seeking a skilled Genesys Routing Developer to contribute to a large-scale customer experience transformation initiative for a Global leader in the Healthcare industry. In this role, you will design and implement Genesys-based routing solutions, develop secure and compliant IVR applications, and play a key role in the migration of legacy call center systems to modern omnichannel platforms.

In Short

• Implementation of Genesys routing projects on the Genesys Engage Platform.
• IVR development and implementation of Genesys routing projects.
• Write and review secure, high-quality production code.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and generate ideas.
• Provide regular updates on project status to leads.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Analyse Genesys logs for troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Genesys Engage configuration and routing development.
• Experience in GAX and GA.
• Skilled in developing routing workflows using Composer.
• Strong knowledge of databases, particularly SQL and Cassandra.
• Experience with SDLC processes and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
• Experience with configuration management tools.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and supporting Genesys frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-call to provide support.
