In Short

• Develop and implement SEO strategy for the CIS and European markets;
• Prepare technical specifications for development and synchronize with the team based on the results of ongoing launches;
• Conduct SEO audits of websites and develop recommendations;
• Optimize content, structure, and technical parameters of websites;
• Work with internal and external optimization (buying link building, partnerships);
• Analyze competitors and identify growth points;
• Monitor positions, traffic, and other key metrics for already launched projects;
• Synchronize with content and development teams to implement SEO solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team;
• Knowledge of SEO tools and best practices;
• Experience with content management systems;
• Fluency in English and Russian;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
