Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proven success in capital or medical equipment sales.
• Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze competitive dynamics.
• High energy and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and work in hospital settings.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs of equipment.
