Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

MindGym is seeking a seasoned Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer to design and deliver a comprehensive data platform and strategy. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on technical work, focusing on AWS and Snowflake environments.

In Short

• Own end-to-end data infrastructure from architecture to delivery.
• Design and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Manage Snowflake warehouse and AWS S3 data lake.
• Build internal reporting tools using Streamlit.
• Define and enforce data governance and security best practices.
• Act as a trusted data advisor to senior leadership.
• Partner with teams to ensure data meets business needs.
• Utilize tools like Terraform, dbt, GitHub Actions, and Python.

Requirements

• Senior data engineer with experience in leading data solutions.
• Fluency in AWS, Snowflake, Python, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data systems.
