Overview

As a working student in Human Resources, you will help expand our great team and cater to the individual needs of all employees. You will take on tasks in both Talent Acquisition and People Operations as we continuously develop our processes.

In Short

Identify and approach candidates
Coordinate and participate in interviews
Assist in handling HR inboxes
Support employee inquiries
Help verify time tracking data
Maintain master data in HR management systems
Contribute to HR projects

Requirements

Currently studying business administration, information technology, or a combination of both
First relevant work experience in HR is a plus
Experience with Personio is a plus
Interest in recruitment is preferred
Fluency in German at C2 level and English at B2 level
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Structured, independent, and meticulous work style
