Territory Sales Associate - West Region - Remote

Milpower Source, Inc. is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of power conversion and rugged networking solutions for the defense and aerospace markets. We work closely with the industry’s leading OEMs, integrators, and subsystem developers, including Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing, among others. Our products include DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, solid state power distribution devices, generator controllers, VPX form factor solutions, battery and shipboard battery backup solutions (UPS). Our networking solutions include rugged ethernet switches (1G,10G,100G), routers, media converters, terminal servers, and USB hubs.

In Short

• Milpower Source is looking for a Territory Sales Associate to support our Western region.
• This is a remote position.
• The ideal candidate is action-oriented and possesses the ability to connect with customers.
• Responsible for growing annual bookings within pre-identified accounts.
• Accurately forecast customer and market needs.
• Implement the sales strategy while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Maintain an accurate log of all programs in CRM.
• Identify and pursue sales leads within the territory.

Requirements

• Min 1-2 years' experience in defense and/or aerospace industry.
• Power solutions, military electronics, or networking experience is preferred.
• Highly developed teamwork skills and experience working remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering. Other degrees considered.
• Extraordinary communication skills in English.
• Exemplify a high degree of personal integrity and ethics.
• Ability to work in a multinational, multi-cultural corporation.
• Experience in the global marketplace is a plus.
• Ideal candidate will live near or around the metro areas of Phoenix, Dallas, or Denver.
• SalesForce or CRM experience is a plus.
