MIG Real Estate is seeking a qualified individual with at least five years of relevant experience to serve as a regional Asset Manager for its Arizona and California multifamily portfolio to drive above-market results, streamline processes and enhance profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, real estate, business or economics
• Minimum of five years of asset management experience

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in executing renovation projects on time

• Comprehensive knowledge of computer applications
• Leadership experience with success in motivating teams
