Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Hospice care preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to assess and respond to patient situations quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in electronic medical records.
• RN License required.
• Comfortable with administering medications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
