The Staffing Clerk will work remotely to support the nursing mobile resource pool, ensuring effective staff scheduling and resource allocation across various healthcare facilities.

• Temporary full-time position working remotely.
• Evening shift from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. EST.
• Weekend rotation every 6 weeks.
• Assigns patient care resources to units.

Requirements

• Two or more years of staff scheduling experience.
• Prefer hospital healthcare scheduling experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
