The Pre-Service IV/Auth Specialist is responsible for completing pre-registrations by patient type and anticipated healthcare service, verifying insurance information, and managing pre-authorizations while ensuring quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

• National Association of Healthcare Access Management Certification preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in medical terminology by exam.
• One year experience in a healthcare setting or related education.
• Graduate of a health vocational program preferred.
• AA Degree with six months healthcare experience preferred.
