Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, leading MGID’s financial evolution and ensuring operational excellence and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, audit, or investment.
  • Experience as CFO or Head of Finance in AdTech.
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and cross-border finance.
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in financial performance optimization.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
  • Ability to influence CEO/Board-level decisions.
