In Short

• This position can be remote support initially, however after a month or two, this role will require 3-4 days per week onsite in Ashburn, Virginia.
• 4+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Minimum of 3+ years of P6 scheduling experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling critical environment projects.
• Experience in ground-up, vertical construction scheduling.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ambitious and construction-focused.
• Lead project risk management and budget recovery planning.
• Collaborate with clients and manage project risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Experience managing full scope of projects.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams.
• Strong financial and contract management skills.
• Ability to maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments.
