HRIS Workday Functional Support - Remote

Overview

This temporary role will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of automation and process enhancements within the Workday system to improve efficiency, data integrity, and overall HR operational effectiveness.

• 3-5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.

Requirements

• Experience leading Workday optimization projects in complex organizations.
• Experience documenting system governance and change management processes.
• Advanced Workday configuration (Core HCM, Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields).
• Workday Reporting and Dashboards.
• Integrations (EIB, Workday Studio – preferred).
• Data validation and governance practices.
• Process mapping and automation design.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Workday certification(s) in relevant modules.
• Extensive hands-on Workday configuration experience.
