Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Product Designer at Mezo, you’ll get to shape the future of Bitcoin by working on Mezo. Your mission will be to create intuitive, meaningful, visually appealing, and seamless interfaces that empower people to get access to their Bitcoin’s spending power without having to ever sell it, trade it, or lose custody of it.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to develop and implement design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Oversee implementation quality and provide design support to developers.
• Support usability testing with user research partners.
• Monitor and manage quantitative and qualitative data for insights.
• Use user insights and data to inform design solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional discovery and design reviews.
• Continuously learn new technologies and systems.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in designing experiences and interactions.
• Experience collaborating on product design teams.
• Experience taking products from 0-1 and finding product market fit.
• Experience designing consumer product experiences.
• Ability to sustain a solution from start to finish.
• Flexibility in embracing user feedback.
• Strong communication skills for design solutions.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI and visual design skills.
• Experience creating wireframes and user flows.
• Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies.
• Great communication and time management skills.
• Web3 knowledge and experience.
