Overview

At Grupo Emax, we are looking for an International Recruitment and Selection Assistant to manage complete talent acquisition processes in Argentina, Spain, and other LATAM countries.

In Short

• Manage the publication and optimization of job offers
• Conduct active candidate searches on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Filter resumes and perform phone pre-selection
• Conduct competency-based interviews
• Design and apply selection tests
• Follow up with candidates and coordinate with brand managers
• Organize pipeline management and databases
• Work remotely with flexible hours
• Participate in strategic selection processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection
• Experience conducting structured interviews
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and active searching (Boolean search is a plus)
• Experience working with various countries (preferably Argentina and Spain)
• Ability to organize and manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Autonomous, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile
