In Short

• Responsible for technical application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in client planning meetings with Project Managers designing network configurations and hardware deployment strategies.
• Work with project managers to schedule and execute installation tasks.
• Implement DICOM Modality Worklist and Image Transfer workflows.
• Execute DICOM Data Migrations and support HL7 interfacing.
• Assist clients with test plan design and execution.
• Provide focused support during the Go-Live phase.
• Create, track, and close cases within the CRM.
• Master all products within area of responsibility.
• Identify and communicate possible improvements in the work process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Three years of Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Strong background in HL7 & DICOM protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarization with Server Platforms and Storage systems (SAN, NAS).
• Familiarization with DBMS (SQL & Oracle).
• Valid Driver's License and safe driving record.
