The Temporary Director for the Caribbean Resilience Initiative will oversee operations and programming across multiple countries in the Caribbean, focusing on building resilience against climate change impacts.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Caribbean communities and their needs.
• Remote management experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Office.
• Excellent team coordination and problem-solving skills.
