Senior Product Manager - Activation - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Mercury, you will lead the Activation team, guiding customers through their initial interactions with our financial infrastructure, ensuring they derive value from our services.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end user journey from deposit to meaningful engagement.
• Proactively discover and define opportunities for improvement in the Activation team.
• Set direction and define prioritized roadmaps focused on user problems and customer value.
• Build systems that drive activation through various in-product experiences.
• Define customer lifecycle strategies for different segments and product surfaces.
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams.
• Use data and user insights to develop hypotheses and measure impact.
• Help develop sticky experiences for customer adoption and value realization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in product-led companies.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to strategize complex problems.
• Experience collaborating across design, engineering, marketing, and data teams.
• A hands-on approach to execution in both strategy and tactical details.
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and engaging with talented peers.
