• Optimizing campaign performance through large-scale A/B testing to maximize reach, conversion and revenue.
• Staying ahead of trends across social media platforms to lead the curve in our creatives.
• Building comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration.
• Managing partners in a scalable yet productive manner.
• Collaborating with our engineering team to optimize processes, systems and outputs.

Requirements

• Pursuing degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• Hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in creative industry or entertainment marketing.
• Proficiency across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads.
• Proven track record managing campaigns and conducting large-scale A/B testing on audio/video content.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret streaming data and make rapid campaign optimization decisions.
• Self-directed approach thriving in fast-paced, metric-driven environments.
• You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
