Overview

The Vendor Manager II role focuses on improving TD's Risk Posture related to Third-Party arrangements, managing risk reporting, and supporting a strong risk culture.

In Short

  • Manage Third-Party Business Arrangements through the Third-Party Management Lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on performance of Business Arrangements.
  • Develop data analytics for insights into Third-Party Risk items.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with TD's policies and standards.
  • Identify and escalate issues to mitigate risk.
  • Analyze financial health of Third Parties.
  • Support Vendor Management activities and Sourcing Requests.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business or computer science preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in a business or Financial Services environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail and urgency.
  • Ability to evaluate complex regulatory business issues.
