Inventory Crew Member - Remote

Overview

As an Inventory Crew Member at Meijer, you will be responsible for accurately counting merchandise in retail units, ensuring reliable inventory counts that support our stores and customers.

In Short

• Full-time position with a 4-day work week.
• Most Fridays, nights, weekends, and major holidays off.
• Overnight stay for 7 weeks out of the year.
• Work independently to count merchandise and enter data.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively.
• Participate in auditing projects as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in inventory counts.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for most of the time.
• Lift and move objects between 10 and 50 lbs.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general business math and bookkeeping.
• Six months to one year of job training and experience.
• Strong mental and visual ability to perform counts.
• Physical ability required for standing and walking at least 95% of the time.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move objects between 10 and 50 lbs.
