Overview

The Machine Operator I will ensure the safe and efficient operation of production and sterilization equipment, working as part of a team to maintain high product quality.

• Operate, monitor, and set up production and packaging equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Verify quality of products and adjust processes as necessary.
• Document machine attributes and parameters.
• Weigh products before packaging and operate packaging equipment.
• Communicate with team members regarding line status and job changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Complete requisition forms and scrap reports.
• Assist in maintaining proper line clearance.
• Participate in additional projects as assigned.
