• Full-time position for a Breast Health Navigator RN.
• May serve as a lead navigator or back up to the mammography department.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other navigators and technologists.
• Perform breast imaging procedures for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
• Ensure services are performed safely and in compliance with guidelines.
• Be part of the imaging center team and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or Mammography Technologist.
• Associates Degree in Nursing or Radiology required.
• Current Maryland and DC Nursing License or ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Mammography advanced registration through ARRT is required.
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Proficient in computer applications and billing systems.
