Recruiter - Finance - Remote

Overview

The Recruiter for Finance will manage the full-cycle recruiting effort, sourcing, selecting, and placing qualified candidates into open positions while providing support to hiring managers.

• Manage full cycle recruiting for Director level and below.
• Research and source candidates using technology-based search techniques.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts for candidate sourcing.
• Screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and background checks.
• Coordinate offer letters and follow-up correspondence.
• Provide support and guidance to managers for a consistent hiring process.
• Compile data for recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in HR recruiting processes and practices.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
