Overview

The Senior Credentialing Specialist oversees credentialing and recredentialing of clinical personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting team performance.

In Short

• Responsible for credentialing activities for healthcare providers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in medical credentialing.
• CPCS certification preferred.
• Experience with credentialing software (CredentialStream preferred).
• Experience in providing training preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Knowledge of managed care and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
