In Short

• Join a multidisciplinary team as a Rehab Consultant.
• Deliver engaging and empowering workplace rehabilitation services.
• Conduct initial assessments and identify return to work barriers.
• Design and implement programs to assist injured workers.
• Maintain statistical standards and undertake various assessments.
• Forge links between insurers, employers, and treatment providers.
• Arrange retraining and placement in alternative employment.
• Travel to work sites and appointments as needed.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Work autonomously with a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications and registration in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in occupational rehab or injury management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective relationship building skills.
• Understanding of negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Experience in an Insurance or Workers' Comp environment preferred.
• Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle required.
• Ability to obtain Police Clearance and Working with Children check.
