Overview

The Rehabilitation Consultant will provide workplace rehabilitation services to assist injured workers in returning to work and restoring their overall wellbeing.

• Conduct initial assessments and design rehabilitation programs.
• Identify suitable duties for injured workers.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications and registration in relevant discipline.
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation or injury management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Experience in insurance or workers' compensation preferred.
• Current driver's license and own vehicle required.
• Ability to obtain police clearance and working with children check.
