Overview

The Integration Lead oversees Medcan’s integration ecosystem, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant connectivity across applications, data pipelines, and AI solutions.

• Own the integration strategy and architecture for AI solutions and core systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for testing and rollout of integration projects.
• Define and enforce integration governance, including API versioning and security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in systems integration or enterprise application connectivity.
• 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Experience with Salesforce and Accuro EMR is an asset.
• Proven expertise in Azure Integration Services.
• Strong knowledge of API design principles and security best practices.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
• Experience in a healthcare-related environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
