Overview

As an Implementation Project Manager at Medallion, you will be responsible for driving the Implementation phase of the customer journey, ensuring successful project management and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years in implementation and/or project management.
• Experience with B2B SaaS startups, preferably in health tech.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise-level projects.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS configuration and integrations.
• Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, and Asana.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
