Overview

The Senior Principal Cybersecurity Specialist – OT Security will refine Operational Technology security strategy, mentor peers, champion site security, and integrate security into business strategies.

• Lead the development and execution of OT security strategy.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 12+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with ICS systems and OT environments.
• Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, GICSP.
• Expertise with OT security frameworks and regulations.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies.
• Familiarity with IoT and SCADA systems.
• Ability to analyze complex security issues.
• High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
