Overview

As a Robotic Surgery Start-Up Specialist at Medtronic, you will lead the adoption of innovative surgical technology in hospitals, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure successful implementation and training.

In Short

• Support the installation and integration of the Hugo™ Surgical Robot.
• Assist with system setup and user training for hospital staff.
• Engage with hospital teams to track progress and set goals.
• Coordinate surgeon training programs and off-site sessions.
• Gain hands-on experience during robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Work with field service engineers to prepare operating rooms.
• Document project milestones and impacts of the surgical program.
• Travel across the country and potentially within EMEA (up to 75%).
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
