Production Intern, Summer 2025 - Remote

Overview

MeatEater, Inc. is seeking a highly-organized and creative person to join MeatEater’s production team as a Production Intern. As an intern for the MeatEater brand, you will join the production team that tackles everything from short form documentary to long form narrative content to branded short form content.

In Short

• Assisting in keeping the camera gear organized and clean
• Assisting in gear rentals
• Coordination of sponsorship gear and supplies needed prior to each shoot
• Assist in researching for episodes
• Organizing and purchasing hunting/fishing licenses for talent/crew as needed
• Assisting on local production shoots as a production assistant
• Digitizing documentation for producers
• Preparing production binders for crew
• Learning and understanding the payroll process for freelance crewmembers
• Other duties as beneficial to MeatEater

Requirements

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite a plus
• Currently enrolled in college/university, preferably media production school or similar study
