Requirements

• Proven track record managing Meta and Amazon ads for DTC or E-commerce brands.
• Performance Mindset: Focus on numbers and profitability.
• Creative + Analytical: Ability to read dashboards and provide feedback.
• Tool Savvy: Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
