Overview

We are seeking an experienced Order Management System (OMS) Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performing order management solutions for enterprise e-commerce and marketplace clients.

• Architect and design scalable OMS solutions on Kibo.
• Configure and optimize Kibo OMS for customer specific requirements.
• Integrate Kibo with e-commerce platforms, ERP, CRM, WMS, and payment gateways.
• Define order processing rules and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirements gathering.
• Design real-time and batch order data processing solutions.
• Implement order orchestration strategies for various fulfillment models.
• Ensure system performance and scalability.
• Develop data security and compliance policies.
• Support pre-sales efforts with technical expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in OMS solutions.
• Strong expertise in Kibo OMS and other platforms.
• Hands-on experience with API development and microservices.
• Proficiency in database technologies for order management.
• Experience with multi-channel order fulfillment models.
